40% of total tuition and fees.

(Tripoli Libya, Sabham Surt, Al Khums, Banghazi, Al Bayda, Tobruk, Zuwarah, Ghadamis. الجماهيرية العربية الليبية الشعبية الإشتراكية العظمى ) can apply for the scholarship; in other case the scholarship may vary.

EENI can offer financial aids, installments, discounts cash payments, .... for Libyan students applying for the scholarship.
Payments in USD Dollars.
Students from LIBYAN ARAB JAMAHIRIYA can make their payments in U.S. Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR).
It´s not possible to make payments in dinars (LD - LYD)
The granting of the scholarship (LIBYAN ARAB JAMAHIRIYA ليبيا
) will be analyzed after receiving the Admission Letter. EENI may require any other financial information that deems appropriate (wage, ...)
